![]() If they were to level it using a 1.9 thread they would need to add 344 fp of their own to level it. The “value” of each fp they put in is on average for this level 1.656 (1:1 for what they get from the swap, and 0.656 we get from amount of rewards divided by amount of fp need for the level.). Now to the “They put 100 fp in they get 100 fp back.” Yes, but no. ![]() Those people are usually newer players who don’t really know how that game works and are being taken advantage of. There’s 656 fp worth of rewards, meaning someone or some people are going to have to eat the 344 fp deficit. There’s no scenario where no ones gets screwed over. It is easier to illustrate why 1.9 are better. Though it works in a similar fashion without. The rest of this is calculated with everyone using an arc Lv 80. Say your building take a total of 1000 fp to do this level. Let’s start with some easy numbers for a GB. Another important note is you do not need to own a Lv 80 arc to participate in 1.9 threads. This is a comparison between 1.9 threads and swap threads. “There’s a chance to get fp back so that makes it better than adding to mine own buildings.” Is not how they work. ![]() Before high levels arc became the norm they were a good way to build up FP/BP. They are and outdated method of levelling GB. Someone else covered how they work so I’ll cover why it’s a bad idea to use them except in very specific circumstances.
